The Norwood has been a hotel since the 1920s. Now a quality guest house, we still maintain the standards associated with a hotel and we strive to make your stay in Torquay both memorable and relaxing.

The Victorian nature of the building has been enhanced by modern touches aimed to make your stay more comfortable. All rooms have been individually decorated and colour co-ordinated to emphasise their best features and provide a homely air.

Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with an air of spacious elegance. All rooms are en-suite and benefit from central heating, remote colour television, Freeview TV, alarm clock radio, hair dryer, welcome tray and complimentary toiletries. For a hint of luxury, deluxe/four poster rooms are available.

Our dining room is spacious and elegantly decorated and each room has its own table. There is an excellent choice of breakfast from traditional Full English to a lighter option. A hearty three-course dinner is available by prior arrangement in the evening. We are happy to cater for special dietary needs. We stock a range of wines, spirits and beers. Soft drinks and teas are also available.
