We moved to The Norwood Guest House because, after a long search all around British, we had found a resort with something to offer everyone, all year round. Children, teenagers, couples, middle-aged & upper middle-aged (!) will find places to go and activities to enjoy.  
 
Torquay has a wealth of attractions and there are countless activities for you to experience. A choice of beaches, theatres and cinemas, history, culture, parks, shops, the harbour & marina, coastal walks, watersports & the waterpark, the zoo, Kents Cavern, Torre Abbey...the list is almost endless. Perhaps you have always fancied alpine skiing – yes, Torquay even has a ski slope! 
 
Families or couples – young or older – however long you wish to stay, whatever the season, whether you are planning a family holiday or a romantic weekend, Torquay is the south coast's premiere resort and

We are offering a superb package for a 1, 2 or 3 night mid-week break in February including tickets to see "Spamalot" at The Princess Theatre. The total cost of this package, including your theatre ticket is just £60 for one night, £115 for two nights and £168 for three nights (prices are per person per night).

Up to 3 days to spend enjoying attractions like the Geopark, Torre Abbey, Agatha Christie's Greenway, shopping in the town centre, South West Coastal Path and numerous beaches.

Cycling and Walking 
There are coastal routes, moorland tracks and roads ripe for exploration on two legs or two wheels and 80 metres from The Norwood we have a shop that hires mountain bikes. It seems a shame not to take advantage. We can offer advice on popular routes and destinations. 
 
Oh yes…I mentioned Alpine Skiing didn’t I? Just a slalom up the road in Kingskerswell, is the Torquay Alpine Ski Club. More information can be found on their website > 
 
Things can only go downhill from here!
